Shipping policy

 

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. 

Please allow us an appropriate amount of time to fulfill your order before contacting us about the status. Orders typically ship within 1 week of ordering and may be delayed due to overwhelming demand for the upcoming tour plans.

Canadian Customers: We have arranged for special shipping rates for our Canadian customers. Canadian fans can choose to have their package shipped directly to their door with duties prepaid by choosing Canada (Duty paid and delivery to door) when checking out. Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. Please note that the shipping times for Canada Post tend to be 2-3 days longer than shipping directly via USPS. If you need something faster, please email us prior to placing your order.

Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS, unless you specify otherwise.

International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Please note that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees and will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
