If you have any questions, please contact us using the form below. Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time. We try to respond within 3 business days. 

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

We are trying to ship orders as fast as we can. Please allow us an appropriate amount of time to fulfill your order before contacting us about the status. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of ordering and may be delayed due to overwhelming demand for the upcoming tour plans.

Canadian Customers: We have arranged for special shipping rates for our Canadian customers. Canadian fans can choose to have their package shipped directly to their door with duties prepaid by selecting Canada (Duty paid and delivery to door) when checking out. Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. Please note that Canada Post shipping times are typically 2-3 days longer than USPS shipping. If you need something faster, please email us prior to placing your order.

Please note that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which may be levied by your Customs, Government, or Other Authority; and will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. 

Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS, unless you specify otherwise.

International orders take 2-4 weeks on average to arrive.

Charges will show up as Manic Merch on your credit card statement.
