If you have any questions, please contact us using the form below. Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time. We try to respond within 24 hours, but due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be a slight delay in replying.  

Most orders ship within 72 hours of receiving them. You will receive a tracking number from us when your order ships.

Canadian Customers: We have arranged for special shipping rates to Canada from the US. Canadian fans can choose to have their package shipped directly to their door with duties prepaid by choosing this shipping option when checking out:  Canada (Duty paid and delivery to door).  Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. The shipping times tend to be 2-3 days longer than shipping directly via USPS but the shipping costs are less expensive and you do not have to pay a duty and the package will be delivered to you door.  If you need something faster, please email us before you order.

Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS, unless you specify otherwise.

International orders take 2-4 weeks on average to arrive, though some orders may take longer, due to COVID-19.

If you do not receive a confirmation email for your order, please check your spam folder. 

Please note: Customers Living Outside the United States or Canada

If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States or Canada, you are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority for any parcel we ship you. If you have a question about this, please contact us before you order.

Charges will show up as Manic Merch on your credit card statement.
