If you have any questions, please contact us using the form below. Our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time. We try to respond within 24 hours, but due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be a slight delay in replying.
We are trying to ship orders as fast as we can. Please be advised that due to COVID-19 pandemic and the supply chain issues it has caused, shipping times are longer than usual. Most orders will ship within 7 days.
You will receive a tracking number from us when your order ships.
Canadian Customers: We have arranged for special shipping rates for our Canadian customers. Canadian fans can choose to have their package shipped directly to their door with duties prepaid by choosing Canada (Duty paid and delivery to door) when checking out. Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. Please note that the shipping times for Canada Post tend to be 2-3 days longer than shipping directly via USPS. If you need something faster, please email us prior to placing your order.
Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS, unless you specify otherwise.
International orders take 2-4 weeks on average to arrive, though some orders may take longer, due to COVID-19.
If you do not receive a confirmation email for your order, please check your spam folder.
Please note: Customers Living Outside the United States or Canada
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States or Canada, you are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or Other Authority for any parcel we ship you. If you have a question about this, please contact us before you order.
Charges will show up as Manic Merch on your credit card statement.
